A lot of the time you can look up the Lexus part number at a site like Lexus of South Atlanta, then put that into Google and find it for less.
4260733011 in this case.
Be cautious though - there are a lot of fake parts coming out of China. So if it's too cheap -- pass on it.
What I saw was Aliexpress (Chinese marketplace) had it for $34, and a number of other sites were pricing in that range (so were reselling those parts). Skip those as the battery won't last (personal experience - I had to get one replaced that a local tire shop installed that went dead after 8 months)
But if you see one advertising Denso (the OEM), buy that. The price should be in the $50-60 range.

One of mine went on my 07. I took it to the local tire shop and he advised me they can install the TPMS no problem. The problem is the unit has to be programmed at a Lexus dealer cause their tools can’t do Lexus. I took it to the dealer and they wanted $400 for one tire, I said NO thanks. The tech say, ‘yup, we get that a lot.’
