Default INFO/Cycle lights vs. AUDIO/CLIMATE/Cycle Lights=Different results?

I'm trying to trouble shoot the audio not producing any sound from my speakers in my newly purchased '03 GX.
I've discovered I get different diagnostic results from different methods getting into the on board diagnostics screen-

If I hold the Audio and Climate buttons while cycling the lights 3x I get a "Check" next to Audio H/U and Nav,And the entire bottom row is illuminated in blue.
BUT.....
If I hold the Info button and cycle lights 3x I get "OK" next to those systems and all the others and the bottom row of selections remainsshaded.

Which one should I be using?
From what I've researched here it seems my issue is with the Amp but the Amp icon shows "OK" in both,is this reliable?Does this necessarily mean the Amp is not the issue?

Thx-
