2008 GX470 one rear window will not go up.
2008 GX470 one rear window will not go up using the drivers buttons. It will go up using the rear window switch. Dealer says I need Body Control Module and gives part number 82730-60092. Location - per Lexus estimate is left side junction box , left side under dash fuse box.
Got the car back recently from them repairing and repairing left two doors. I wonder if they maybe did not reconnect the cable to the passenger door window switches correctly or bent a pin on the connector putting it back together.
I started checking on the part number and someone said this was not the BCM but rather a block assembly on the instrument panel junction.
Thanks for your help.

So are both rear windows inoperative with the master switch? How about the passenger window?
Roll the rear window down all the way with the rear switch. Then roll it back up all the way until it closes, but after the window closes continue holding the switch up for at least 2-5 seconds. Then retry using the master switch to see if you can control the rear window.

Great tip - I started having this problem with the passenger front window a few days ago. Simply held it down, held it up, counted to five and was good to go. Thanks!
