After an extensive search to find a "rumble" road noise I think I have found it! It was a noise that not everyone could even hear, but I knew it was there. Items ruled out with much disassembly and searching included, wheel bearings, floor insulation panels, seat belts, rear license plate, sun roof, complete exhaust system, every piece underneath that could be removed, brakes, etc.

I now believe it was the plastic casing that goes over the rear air suspension bags. I inserted some shipping foam pieces between the air bag covers and the airbags. At the same time I re-positioned the last round holder of the rear emergency brake cable. I put some of the shipping foam in the middle of that keeper to hold the brake cable from moving. At any rate my Lexus seems so much more quiet now!

Has anyone completely removed the plastic protective cover from the rear suspension air bags? If they do not do anything I may just do away with them.
