I noticed my backup lights are always on even in drive position.

I looked for a backup light switch on the transmission but doesn t look like there s one there.
I found a diagram on wiring of those lights and now I m wondering could it be the diode? Or a relay ?
I m guessing that diode is in the central shift lever console ?

anybody had that problem ? I can t find any info about that issue ...

I took a look at wiring diagram and it shows that there s a bk/up lp relay on passenger side ... I removed glove box and lower plastic part and I can see a lot of wire and connectors but I can t identify any relay ? Where us it located ???
