Default zerks on u joint?

Hi everyone my name is Hahn. I owned 2008 gx 470

I was told I need to lubricate zerks on u -joints every time changing oil.
Unfortunately, I didn't so I am now going to do it by myself , but
I don't where they are. Please tell me where they are and how many of them.

Thanks

Before doing this, the truck needs to be lifted for 4 wheels being off the ground and you turn the shifter into N position. You go under the truck and will see 2 driveshafts, one front and one rear. On each end of the shaft you will see zerk on its, there are 6 of them I guess.

Surprisingly, I did not lifted all 4 wheel off the ground, I only had the two front and was able to reach all zerk fittings. Two are located in the front near the oil drain bolt covered by a metal guard. The third front zerk is more so located in the middle front of the car. The rear has two and the 3 rear is located somewhat in the middle of the rear. There is a guard for the rear also, forget which one had it. I used Mobil 1 synthetic grease that I had laying around.

Here is the thread that shows your where to lube
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...be-points.html

Here is a youtube video of the lube job including diff fluid change

also, here is a diagram of the 3 lube points on the drive shaft, of which there are 2, so 6 points to lube overall

If you use a grease gun with a flexible hose on it instead of a rigid tube, you can usually reach all fittings without the need to lift the vehicle or turn the wheels.
