Default Replace Washer Fluid Pump

I have a 2008 GX, and nothing happens when I pull the stick for washer fluid. I don't hear any sound, so I presume the pump is dead.

Has anyone replaced their pump? How do you access it/where is it? Do you need any special tools?

Thanks

Is the rear washer pump on the same fuse? Does it work?

So the washer pump seems to share a fuse with other things that are working, so looks to be a burned out pump.

They are cheap too, as I was looking at them--under 20 bucks!
