2005 GX Production start date?
 

I checked the VIN on a 2004 GX lately and it had a build date of 11/2004. This surprised me because my experience with most manufacturers is that cars built from about August/September on tend to be labeled as the next model year. For example, my BMW 128i was built in September 08 as an 09 model.

If Toyota was still making 2004 GX's in November, does anyone know when the actual 2005's went into production? As a person who has become somewhat of a fan of the GX line lately I am genuinely curious.
