Default What Suspension setting do you use?

Just burious but what suspension settings does everyone use? I've been using the #3 SPORT setting but I don't know if i can tell any difference. 3 and 4 are for higher speed traveling and 1 and 2 are for cruising around town. Anyone have a setting preference and can you tell the difference between the settings?

I use the same setting. I can definitely tell the difference between the settings.

I too am unable to tell them apart. Maybe its because of our driving habits. If you do not drive it hard enough, you wont feel the sport kick in? I only drive around town as a weekend and family car.

I use the 3rd one. if you cant feel the difference between 1 and 4 then your shocks might be getting tired, in my car there is a noticeable difference.

I use 2 for daily, and 3 for long drives. I find 2 to be just right in the city, while the 3 to be too harsh. But it gets better gas mileage in long drives on 3. 1 is just too soft for my liking, but I like to turn not just go straight all the time. And I've used 4 once offroad, very stiff, almost like riding in my SC300. LOL

all shocks were replaced with OEM less than a year go. Maybe my bushings are going bad. Do you know if KDSS will cause an impact on the settings? Also, i am comparing this to my previous car 2001 GS430 so maybe i need to understand this is not a car.

I usually run in 2 in town and calm days on straight highways. If lots of curves and or strong winds (25 to 40 mph) I bump it up to 3. Strong winds are pretty common in western Kansas.

# 4 all times unless really extreme cold days i turn to # 3. In summer If it someday is a really hot day I feel # 4 still soft to me.

2nd softest setting 90% of the time. When I hit the city, it goes into softest setting, soaks up the bad roads nicely.

I'm driving through western Kansas tomorrow... yeah... can't wait. Don't joke though... there are no curves there. I'm from Hays

Hey I live in Hays but commute 70 miles south a few days a week to Lewis. Short cut through Garfield to get over Arkansas river and you will find plenty of curves. Happy thanksgiving.

You get better fuel economy with a different shock setting? Lol.
