I am also in the market and have been reading a few threads. Many reported air suspension issues were for model below 2005. Did the 07+ fix the issue along with the infamous "clunk"? Those are the only two actionable items i can see about these trucks.

Bags are the same across the board, I think age has a lot to do with them failing, which is why the older trucks are going first. I would assume they've fixed the clunk by MY 07, but I cant answer for certain as I'm not sure when the bulletin came out. Either way, if you have the vin# you should be able to check the mylexus sight to see the warranty/maintenance history of the particular truck you're looking at.

Mines an 03. I didn't have bag issues but my compressor went out in August at 146k. Bags held air fine.
