Found 3rd row headrest. It’s hidden!
It it was a surprise to me, but the third row center headrest is located in the back zippered part of the passenger side flip down seat.
Maybe people already know this but it was news to me!
now if yours is missing go look in there and see if it’s there. Boom. Just saved you $50

I made that discovery myself. .. after using the missing headrest as a negotiating tactic during purchase. Oops.
