Hi,

I recently bought an 04 GX and when I play DVD's I get text showing up on the DVD screen saying "No CD Text" superimposed on the video that is playing. How do I get rid of this annoying text?

Any feedback is appreciated.

From the rear seat and using the remote control go to set up or menu and you should find an option on hiding text. I am not near my truck [ Its a 2004 like your ] so I cant go try it my self If you have no luck get back ti me and I will try it tomorrow.

I am assuming you have the factory rear entertainment center

Thanks so much for the feedback.
I tried what you have suggested and could not locate the option to suppress the "No CD Text" from displaying on the DVD screen. I tried going to Menu, Top Menu, Settings etc. It is the factory stock equipment. I could be going about it wrong, let me know what you think...thanks!
