Default TYTO-01 Harness Troubleshooting- Pioneer Avic 7000NEX

I used the above referenced harness on my 04 Lexus GX to install a Pioneer Avic 7000 NEX. The radio sounds great and most everything works as it should. However, I am getting no sound from the rear speakers. I connected the harness as instructed (quadruple checked the connections). Any similar experiences/suggestiona etc?

May be a silly guestion but did you try the fader . By putting all the signal in the back to see if your getting any sound.
Try adjusting the balance as well

I did. Weird thing is that regardless of the fader position the front speakers still sound (at lower levels but they are still there). I'm guessing (and hoping) it's the harness. Ordered a replacement one and will post update with results.
