I recently bought a set of pre-cut key shell with wrong key code. I had to buy another set with the right code. These key shells are in very good quality. As soon as I put the remote module in the key, it works flawless. Now I have extra set of pre-cut key shell for Lexus GX470 Key Code 46073. If you have the same code of the keys and happen to be broken, you can get them for $10 shipped in lower 48 states.

No, they're molded into the plastic.
So if you cut the wrong code, you need a new shell with key.
