1) height - what should i put that too

2) comfort vs sport - what should i set this too

Height - The height will always go to the 'N' normal position once the vehicle is in motion. So, it really doesn't matter much where it is set. (Drops out of 'high' at 19 mph and drops out of 'low' at 7 mph.)

Comfort vs Sport - Try both and pick the one that suits you.
