For those of you that were like me and enjoy bass, I currently have a JL Audio 13W7 (http://www.jlaudio.com/) and a JL Audio 1000/1 Amplifier hooked to it, (1000W RMS). My original plan was to install a pair of subs and a pair of amps. We built the box for two and threw in one amp and one sub. Bass is quite enough with one of these. Two would be overkill. On top of that, the lights already dim with 1 of these amps. (I'm still trying to figure out why it dims with only 1000W and a peak of possibly 80A of current.) So... after some thought, I'm going to stay with 1 amp and one woofer. We're going to rebuild the box so that it fits under the tonneau cover, (which it does now anyway), and so that it is on the right side of the vehicle with a max width lining up with the fold down 2nd row split. I also told them to keep access to the AC outlet, because it will be useful sometime. It's too bad though - the box vinyl matches perfectly with the ivory interior. It's also a double 3/4" thick box. The new box will also be lined with matching vinyl. I'll post pictures when we're finished.

P.S. Anyone want to buy a box for a GX that fits two 13W7's? (The woofers will only set you back $1k ea. LOL)

Box? $400 - it's here in northern cali.

amps run around $900 i'd guess each. It's still factory deck, and no nav. They go well together.
