What would be a reasonable price for it? I need to drive to LA to get my deposit refunded but if I can counter him it might be worth it seeing that its clean, full 90k maintenance, tires, brakes, etc. Just wondering what I should counter offer him.

I would personally avoid a wrecked car altogether. Too many unforeseen issues.

I love it when all the CarFax says is: "Accident Reported; Vehicle involved in crash". I'd find out more about that if possible. If not possible, steer clear. You never know how extensive the damage could have been.

My father-in-law bought an 05 Tundra with "reported damage", but the only thing damaged & replaced was the rear bumper. I never knew it even had been in an accident until about 6 months ago (he's had the truck for about 5 years and I've driven it clear to Oklahoma & back loaded to the gills with cargo & pulling a Focus on a dolly & didn't notice or feel that the truck had any issues what-so-ever).

That said, just get it checked out & inquire more on the "reported accident" & certainly get a better price. $19k is about what I would imagine an 04 WITHOUT an accident would go for w/ nearly 100k miles on 'er...and even that still seems a little steep.
