Default 100,000 Mile Club

I am wondering how many guys/girls on here have busted 100k miles on their GX. I would like to hear how your truck has done and if there have been any major surgeries required to keep it going (other than the usual - i.e. clunk, dashboard). I know we have one guy with around 260k, but I think he had to rebuild the motor. Please keep your responses brief.

I got mine two years ago with 85K miles and am currently at 135K. I had to replace the driver's side front wheel bearing ($500), but nothing else so far.

Yeah, but that's just regular maintenance.

No big deal these days, 130,000 on a 04, I have a friend with an 04 land cruiser, 300K. 200,000 is the old 100,000.

We bought our 04 GX470 with 66K in 2008 and now has 105,754 miles. It's not our daily driver and now she's the garage queen but she's our ride on long driving. So far, so good. We follow the preventive maintenance according to the book @ Lexus of Clearwater.

Except we painted the hood already because of highway rock chips.

I have 141,700 miles on my 2003 GX470...bought it new in 2003.

Love this SUV...comfortable, great visibility, roomy interior (especially if you're tall). It still looks like new, probably because I'm always vacuuming it. We have a black Labrador retriever who enjoys riding in it and unfortunately, it's a tan interior. (Had the GX before the dog.) It also helps that the styling has not changed much over the years.

Have replaced the battery, tires, front windshield (twice-thanks to road rocks). Now I need to update the GPS dvd-still have the original in the system. Also, have to replace the keys because the plastic casings have broken apart. Changed the oil and serviced as recommended.

I wonder how many more miles I can get before something major goes?

.The dealer quotes at 100K the GX equipped with KDSS shud have the Suspension fluids ( AHC Fluid) drained & replaced and not checked as usual. Picked the Maintenance Schedule from the dealer does not say that. The GX newer model from 2008 quotes that.
Here is the Maintenance Schedule of 2004 GX.Cant see why this was not mentioned, as KDSS was an option.

How many have done this by yourself or the dealer.
