Default Radio failure

My 2003 Lexus GX 470 radio will not turn off, its display is dark, the cd player will not eject and the radio channels do not change. The only way to turn down the sound is on the wheel. Can anyone help with a solution to this situation? Thanks

Buy my old one! If you want to know how to replace it with an aftermaket. I have done that as well.

Default Radio failure

The vehicle does not have a NAV system, it is just a radio/CD . No repairs have been done. Thanks for asking.

I want you to go and check the codes via the Diagnostic Mode. Do the following. Since you do not have NAV.
1. On the radio while pressing the "Disc" button 3 times, Press and Hold Presets "1" & "6"
If you happen to get P440 ( NCON ( No Connection) that means you antenna Amp is not powered.
Remove the Receiver Assy and check the Harness assy continuity. Normally this the culprit.
