That's hella low miles. Nice.

Just sell the 4R privately to eek out the most money and negotiate straight up on the GX. The 4R should sell very quickly.

if it helps, we picked up an 08 earlier this year with same-same items you list (except blizzard white and full two pkg) 24K miles. Even with an added extended 7yr-100K mile warrenty (non Lexus) came away for just over $40K. From what i've read this might have been a little high but it was really clean. Even had the leather care tag still on the passenger seat, as the original owner was a business man that used it very little and never carried passengers (or so the story goes) but being as clean as it was it seemed true. So much so that when I took it to Zebiart for a clear bra the guys couldn't believe it had 24k miles on it and was 3yrs old.

The 4Runner with that mileage will sell for about $8-10k (I sold my 02 SE 4WD mint with 73k in 9/2010 for $12.5). I think it is a good deal. I'm looking for one for myself as well and I will pay $35k for this one (except it must be in white).

It is year end so may be another $500 less? Good luck.

The deal is $24.3k + TTL since I told him Lexus charges about $800 to get it ready to tow.

So about $8k for the Runner and about $32.3k for the GX. It was a trade at a Mercedes Dealer.

Pretty good deal for both of us, they'll make some on both, which is cool.

I do have to travel to get it, but a sweet drive back!!

Thank you....it took patience and research.....(and LUCK!)

It was sold and registered in Nov. 2007, therefore, the original owner drove it 4 calander years averaging about 6200 miles a year. Each yearly registration was at about 5-6500 miles, or about 120 miles a week.

No towing receiver, so no rough off-roading or towing a trailer !!

Probably back and forth to the Country Club.

Can I post pictures as a newbie, here?

well, I guess I can....these were taken by the dealer

You can get the Tow Hitch Receiver for less at Sewell and have it installed at local U-haul (You'll probably save $400)

Yep, well that info would not have helped me, I got $800 off without it !!!!

Do you know what it entails to add it? Most Uhaul workers I've run across looked shabby and very unmotivated.

Any reason to add electric brakes? I did it to with my 4Runner. Maybe used it a few times when I actually needed it.

I haul a 16' dovetail carhauler for my '77 CJ5( what a rough-ridin' b***** on concrete with mudgrips) when camping/recreating.

I bought a Curt manufacturing hitch #13445. Comes with (8) bolts that fit the factory pre threaded holes in the boxed frame. Had to loose the rear tail pipe, by pulling the wire welded to the pipe, out of the holder (easy). That is for clearance on the passenger side, to get a socket or wrench in that area. Enlarged two of the slotted holes in the hitch (5 minutes). A little over an hour, with set up and clean up. If the picture uploads, you will see that this hitch is radiused, in the middle. Not showing straight across the back of the truck, just sticking out in the center. Kind of like the factory set up.

Had to bend the bracket holding the (7) pin connector, so that I could plug in my trailer. Connector came pre wired, on a bracket, left of center. Some owners have commented that theirs was not energized (relay or fuse needed) mine was. The rubber Lexus cap on the hitch was separate. Good deal, less than 10 dollars. Added 20 more horsepower and 10 miles per gallon. This is more than the chrome exhaust tip that I added, shown in the picture.

Had the hitch for a year, don't like powder coat, but still looks as shinny as last December. If it makes it though another winter, may change my mind on powder coating. I wax it, every time I wax my car.

Note, anytime you tow over 2.000 lbs, you should have an electric brake controler. GX is not known for heavy duty brakes. There is pre wiring for that controler. I haven't done that yet, but it is up near the steering column, hiding. Run a search or others may post location.

thats a good deal. I picked up our 2008 with 62k miles on it for 30k. I would have gladly paid 32.5 for a 20k mile vehicle though.

Thanks for the comments.

What do you Ivory leather people use to get that drop of chocolate ice cream or drip of coffee off that always finds a way to hit leather no matter how hard one tries.
