Inspired by a pic I saw on here, I cut out holes for my tie down points through the weathertech cargo liner last night. The tie downs actually bolt to the floor, plastic trim and all, so once you get it all in place there is zero risk of the trim popping off, or the cargo liner shifting around going forward, I'm very happy with how it turned out. I didn't bother cutting out for the 3rd row seat stuff as I never have them in the truck anyways.
Previously I was frusterated by the liner shifting around every time my dog jumped in, it would get crammed under the 2nd row seats and just wasn't fitting well. Problem solved.

Finally got to take care of a few minor annoyances.
1. Replaced Front Diff Drain plug & Washer. Previously just replaced the washer because of a leak, but it was the drain plug that was bad. No more leaks!
2. Adjusted the Ebrake handle (Now it actually engages!)
3. Got rid of those annoying wheel locks, that lazy techs like to strip out with their impact guns. Seriously, who would want to steal the stock GX's wheels.......

Added the frame-mount trailer hitch.
I had to get the local dealer to remove the tie-down for me with their air tools, as the bolts had corroded in place. But afterwards it went pretty well. Even easier than it did when I added one to the Ridgeline, as Toyota put the notches on the center part to hold it while you lifted the rest of it into place.
You'll still need decent upper-body strength to do this. It's not light.

De-badged the barn door. Though I read that there were no holes behind the barn door "L" badge. There are 2 locator holes behind that badge just like on the front. Took the "L" off anyway. Will plug the holes tomorrow.

seat covers
Added rear seat covers. Purpose is to protect from children's car seats, still need the front ones due to younger (3) one's shoes rubbing back of my seat. I clean it every week but should've just ordered those at same time as rear covers. I've bought them for 2 other cars - my wife loves them since they don't destroy her car. Aside from protecting leather, it's amazing how they manage to spill everything. Material is a heavy cotton - just throw in washer/dryer for cleaning.

Fluid - Where did you get your seat covers? I love the idea. I just spent the better part of Saturday scrubbing down the back seats of our 2006 GX.
Interestingly, while searching for seat covers, I came across this site: http://www.seatcoverman.com/cotton.html
He uses a GX on his homepage banner, yet he doesn't offer Lexus as a manufacturer option.
