2004 GX470 Questions-Voice Command and Brakes
Hi everyone,
I just bought my mother's 2004 GX470 and I tried the voice command button on the steering wheel but no beep sounds and nothing happens. I tried looking up the information in the manual and seems like I'm doing everything right. Any suggestions?
Second, when I brake I feel a thump as I release from the brakes, is that normal?

Press the voice button and say "louder"
You should hear "Voice guidance will be at this level"
You might need to repeat this step several times to get to a level you can hear. There should be a tri-fold cheat sheet with your owners manual that has a list of all the "voice" activated functions. If you can't find it shoot me a PM and I can email you a copy of mine.
