Default Nut/bolt size for fan pulley assembly, etc.?

Bizarre incident...

En route to airport last week my GX started sounding like a late '80s Chevy Cavalier... Same thing coming home last night. So I popped the hood and it sounded like fan might be hitting radiator shroud. It wasn't necessarily but I could clearly see it was wobbling a bit. Shut engine off to investigate further and much to my surprise, from the fan / fan pully assembly/etc. 2 nuts were missing and a 3rd was 3/4 loose and almost gone Only one was tight (you can see on lower left).

Took the nut which was almost off, applied some loctite and put it back on opposite other remaining nut. Quieted it right back down but obviously I need to replace missing ones (and might as well just replace the 2 remaining ones while I'm at it.)

From Sewell parts diagram, nuts look to be part # 90029-07010.
Anyone know the M stud size (assume coarse thread) so I can pick up locally at hardware store as opposed to going across town to either Lex or Toyota dealer? Also, torque spec if pertinant?

Thanks in advance!

FYI, and hopefully no one ever has this bizarre issue, it's a M8 x 1.25 thread. Lex dealer parts dept was closed yesterday so I tried (figuring I'd have better luck anyhow) local Toyota dealer.

Guess what? They don't ever stock that part. Could order and have by Wed but at $2.30 ea, Decided I'd just go to Lowe's and search first as I know they stock plenty of specialty fasteners in the big blue drawers. Found flanged nuts (though not serrated like the OEM) for $0.64/pk 2. A little dab of loctite will more than compensate for serration (which obviously was negligible anyhow ) and all set again.
