Instrument Cluster - Led burned out?
Hey guys,
I just noticed the other day that one part of my cluster is darker than the rest. my 0mph-25mph is the dimmest part of the entire cluster. I do know that these clusters are LED illuminated, but wanted to know if anyone had any experience taking the cluster apart and what the replacement of this LED all consisted of.
Thanks,
J

you have bad back lighting bulbs. replace all of them. the needles are apparently the led portion, and you can't replace the light... apparently. mine are not working currently, so i tore the cluster apart last night. call your local lexus dealer and prepare to fork out about $125 or so for all the bulbs.
