Got all four lights in the title of this thread, today on my 2005 GX470 with 142,000 miles.Just got the car 2 months ago. I got the P0420 fault code "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1". Ordering the fuel cap Toyota part number as mentioned above. Will advise after I install and see what happens

Yep, me too: I had the whole panel light up with VSC, TRAC, check engine master caution, and it was the crappy gas cap on my 2009 with 90k

An update to my previous post: I ensured the gas tank refill opening was clean and the gasket on the gas cap. I re-clocked and made sure it was tight past 3 clicks (no freeplay). Lights went away after 5, 6 starts. I ordered the gasket for the cap from Amazon (part number above) and will replace, it has hardened. Save money on the cap, and be green. Local Toyota dealer sells for $28.

I installed the gasket on my existing cap.If you prefer to go this way, see link and photo. I got it on amazon for $11.

Just an update, changed the gasket and in about 5 months, lights came back on. So I ordered a new gas cap from Amazon, and that fixed it instantly. My suggestion is do not bother with gasket, just buy the OEM cap since it has a valve inside
p/n is: 77300-33070, cost: $23.50

With the new cap, I still get the lights, then I tried the CRC fuel additive (helps to pass emissions) see attached photo, they stayed dark for probably 2,000-3,000 miles then I had them again and added more. May be a thing to keep doing at every 3,000 miles or so.

Wondering how many folks changed their gas cap and that alone kept the VSC/TRAC lights off. I also changed the gas cap and the lights went away after I unplugged the battery (duh), but came back on after 2-300 miles.

Frustrated
2006 GX fresh from it's timing belt job and "thorough" checkup now lighting up like a Christmas tree on the dash. VSC light, anti skid light and check engine light all on. First snowfall last night since I owned the vehicle. Temps down to the teens. Car runs starts and drives fine, checked the gas cap and it clicks tight but the lights are still on. Going to see if I can get a code from the local auto parts store. Reading through this thread, I would like to start with the least expensive option first....it looks as though the dealers like to replace everything from the cat to the mass air flow sensor.
Seems there would be a correlation with the snow and temps no?

List of codes were as follows:
C1201
C1223
C1241
C1340
P0456
Mostly ABS codes with a open ckt in center diff (C1340) thrown in for good measure.
Just picked up a OEM gas cap and replaced it. So far the lights are still on.

I would start by looking very carefully (and possibly jiggling/checking) under the hood and make sure that all the harnesses and connectors were plugged back in after the timing belt job. Some things have to be disconnected and shuffled around under the hood during a TB change.
