Deciphering driver's mirror cabling... please help
I'm attaching a page from the GX470's wiring diagram. It shows the Outer Rear View Mirror Assembly connecting to its ECU with the connector carrying 9 cable signals
MR+
MR-
LMVR
LM+R
LMHR
VSSR
LE1
HSSR
LVC
Does someone know what each of the abbreviations stand for?
Very very gratefull for any light you can shed on this !
Thank you,
Nikolas

Got it from techinfo.toyota.com. If I remember correctly, there was a wiring diagram from '05 onwards. Could this have changed from tht model year onwards? I expect the markings would still apply, no?

my pics as proof of what i did. all i know is that i screwed them up the 1st time around and luckily hadn't touched the other(driver side) so i had a reliable reference to work with.

ok maybe the 2005 onwards had a dual ECU for the mirrors. I am not aware of that. The codes which you have mentioned abbreviation in general, but they are color coded to connect the ECU ,Mirror Tilt Motor. But i do know the three codes in those that is MR+ = Mirror Positive Wire , MR - = Mirror Negative Wire and LMHR = Left Mirror Heater Wire.
