Default OEM break pad question

I have been searching OEM front pads for my GX470 and found that it uses part# 04465-35290. And I found this on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...5672&viewitem=. And I dd more research from dealer's web site and found out that part # 04465-AZ001-TM comes with shimes and cheaper than pads only.

It seems like it replaces pads only part # 04465-35290 and cheaper.

What's up with that?

Any one has answers?

TCMC BRAKEPAD W-SHIM [Part# 04465AZ001TM]

What is TCMC?

I got the answer from dealer. It is cheaper because it is made in USA Toyota parts. No import tax. Any body have opinion on US made parts?

I am getting OEM part from Toyota dealer part # 4351260151 for $118 shipping included from http://shoptrd.com/. Cheaper than NAPA parts. Pad part# 04465AZ001TM for $42 including shims. All Toyota Genuine parts.
