I have an 2004 w/ML and KDSS (removed with springs now), produced in 12/2003.

They must have changed it in some way during production. Which one to get will depend on what your build date is. Your dealer can tell you if you give them your VIN.

Thank you Chip, i wasn't even thinking about asking the dealer with my VIN!
Just in case anyone else needs this part, here is what i found out from my local dealer:
88703-60201 replaces 88703-60200, price at my local dealer is $334+ (3-4 days lead time) or at Lexuspartsnow for $201+.
Rock Auto has, Four Seasons #56672 for $57+ (in stock) and GDP #4813753 (currently out of stock as of 9/13/22.
