Does anyone know of an illuminated door sill kit that can be installed on the GX470? The RX330 has it installed at the factory. You'll notice that the doors have the Lexus name illuminated when you open the door. I thought it would be cool to install something like that in the GX470.

wait for the refreshed gx in bout, 06 maybe, then they will have the illuminated door sill available in the gxs, then maybe a kit for you to install in ur gx.

Cap, not yet. I was busy over this weekend with the Christmas lights.

But a quick run-down since you're asking.

I'm transplanting the SC430 door sills into the front GX sills. I don't have 2 more for the rear though.

Called them to inquire about Illuminated door sills for both my cars. To my dismay, they don't make a kit for either my GS or GX.

I told him that their web site shows that they do. He said he was sorry about that.

nice I just posted a similar experience on the other thread in the gs forum and he said that he made gx sills. who did you talk to? the guy I talked to said his name was jerry. I will call them tommorrow because he never called me back with a list of what models they support.
