The kit installation is similar to the XenonDepot one. It does come with that adapter which goes rite into the factory harness similar to the XD.
If you have any questions you can contact Chris at www.superhids.com
Don't forget guys that the price is just $300 shipped.
Can you also ask your friend to share his installation doc from superHIDs? Ditto, I am also waiting to upgrade my H11 to HIDs.

Thanks!

spoke to my friend.. he's saying that he has already installed everything and dint take pics at the time... now he doesn't wanna open it to take pics. But he said he installed the superhids without any cutting splitting or anything. And the adapter is plug n play.
I Emailed steeve (XenonDepot) regarding this but steeve doesn't wanna give any discounts on his kit... and he even agrees that his kit is expensive compared to the market (Mainly coz of the monoply earlier considering he had the proper adapters for the GX... even Xenon Factory is cheaper then XenonDepot and both of them carry the exact same Philips kits. H11 is not posted online on XenonFactory.com but if you call them... they have them in stock... just for all the people who want philips H11 kit)... I think i'm gonna buy the superhid kit and when i install it, i will make sure i take some pics.

I think Philips has a very good reputation in developing lighting system as most people can tell!!

That's why I think the Philips HID are unusually more expensive than other kits.

I'm also patiently waiting the good news from Xenondepot.com

539... so like 239 more then superhids... u could almost buy two kits for that price.... i went to a local shop and saw both kits (philips and Bosche) installed on a honda civic and a honda accord. i couldn't really tell the diff... between the two as far as color is concerned. Philips is a good name in LIGHTING. but bosche seems to be a pretty good name as well...
Damn these hids are getting difficult to decide... I'm not a cheap person but i don't wanna pay the extra 239 either if the kits perform same. YOu guys know what i mean.

Ok guys.
I emailed Superhid and called them yesterday. They said thier older kits came with universal mating adapter and needed some modication with GX 470 (cutting and splitting to be straight) but now thier new kits which should be out soon will have special mating adapters for GX just like XenonDepot and the price will still be $300 shipped to your door. I'm just waiting on those ones.
You guys can contact megan at superhids.com May be some of us can order together and get group discount.. so the kits might end up about 250-275!! Thats sweet
thanks.

Adil thanks for the latest update. So what did Megan or superhids.com said for the turn around time for the GX470 HID Kit product? How long is the wait? I am not so sure about the "new hid kit" without seeing the actual installed produc t on the GX. Since you're ordered the kit from them already, will you post some pics when they're in. Thanks

Hey

Well i had placed an order for this kit about 2 days back and got a reply from megan yesterday saying that they r updating the mating adapter. She said the previous adapter connects the HIDs to the OEM harness but doesn't click on to it ... so it has a change of coming out while driving unless someone tapes it properly.
She dint mention the time for the updated kit yet but i just emailed her about it.
My previuos order is cancelled as of now... But i will order again once i hear anything back from Meghan. But i think we should be atleast 10 people to get even better price from them.

Adil
