first time issue this morning. Turned left to pull into a parking space and felt like i had all wheel drive bogging the drivetrain down. Straightened the wheel and backed up, seemed better, turned wheel to pull into parking space and felt the drag again. any insight is appreciated. 2005 Lexus GX470

 

Did you maybe bump the CDL button by accident? This would lock the center diff (going from AWD to 4x4), and cause driveline binding in your parking lot situation, and the VSC OFF light would be lit up on the dash.

 

That was the issue Thank you. I have noticed that the CDL light comes on sometimes after a hard stop and I get a hard driveline knock. Is something up with my CDL?

 

It shouldn't do that. Do you have anything heavy-ish on the console that is landing on the button?
