I took my GX down to lexus of Tacoma to get it washed the other day, mainly becasue it was way too hot for me to wash it myself (95 degrees out) and as I am pulling in I see a blizzard white GX sitting there. While mine is getting washed i was looking at it, it was full spec, very nice color. THe one thing that I thought was odd though was it was a 2003, not a 2004. Wehn the salesman who sold us our GX came out to say hi I was asking about it and he said that the Blizzard white is a late production 03 color, he said the sanddollar color was not a hit at all. I askeed him about the kinetic suspension and rear back up cam and he said last he heard there will not be a suspension change and there will be a camera addition. He also said that at the last managers meeting there was word of a 3rd interior color choice that will be available, however he did not say what this color would be....

That would make sense to me. Why would Lexus change the suspension after only 1 year. The vibration issue has nothing to do with the suspension, it's driveline related and no suspension change is going to cure a rough driveline problem.

Also on a side note if Lexus does ever decide to move to the kinetic suspension, IMO we will see it on the LX first.

If Sand Dollar pearl is being replaced - I would think it is because of the paint issues and not the popularity. I see Sand Dollar GX's EVERYWHERE. I would bet that sells the best right now.

I don't know why they removed the Sand Dollar Pearl? They should just add the Blizzard Pearl and leave the Sand Dollar Pearl in the color choices.

Sand Dollar Pearl is a very popular color in my area.

Apparently the sand dollar pearl paint has been having problems adhering and cracking. So theyr are replacing it.
