I have a 2005 GX and one of the passenger doors will not lock. The interior toggle lock will not move and is essentially stuck in the unlocked position. The remote will not lock the door either. I have no idea what could have caused this...

Any ideas / information are appreciated.

 

Just to follow-up the original post, I was able to fix the door lock last night and wanted to post how it was fixed in case anyone else has this issue. The actual plastic lock assembly on the inside door handle seemed to have been hyperextended in the unlock position. I used a device typically used for prying plastic interior trim. It is similar to a regular screw driver but plastic. I luckily was able to create space that allowed the lock toggle to be pushed in the correct position.

It works perfectly now. I'm not sure what caused the lock toggle to become hyperextended but it took a lot of pressure to create the space to get it fixed.
