Default Radio upgrade

I’ve got a 04 gx 470 w nav no dvd. Any opinions on stereo upgrades?
pro and cons on VLine, Phoenix or grom Bluetooth.

Are there glitches with the vline2? Is it a pain to pair?
its the one I’m most interested in.
TIA

We have a Phoenix Android installed in ours, 04. It seems we got lucky or they fixed the "bugs" in the unit. Ours was truly "plug and play". Everything works well. AC controllers, both soft and hard buttons, Bluetooth, BUC (Aftermarket).
The only thing I don't like is no Sirius comparability. I think we can add an external Sirius unit off the Aux connection. Just didn't want an extra display on the dash.

What about the look? Does it look “natural” after getting used to it

I think it is kinda cool looking. Still trying to figure some of the functions out. No manual, No instructions at all. It does seem to function properly!
Let me know if you would like to see anything else.

There is a free Sirius/XM app for your smart phone. You need a Sirius/XM account usually one from your car but can get the phone app account. Would need an account with a Sirius/XM box anyway. So you can play it through Bluetooth into the car audio once you get Bluetooth connection. So separate box for XM in the car is moot.

We have XM activated in one car and use the app for other cars via the phone.

We we went with the BT45-TOY in our ‘04 GX and it is seamless.

Yes, We have Sirius in a couple cars on the mainland. I tried the Sirius app on this one. It did not work as well as the Bluetooth Music does. Sorry, I was a little vague. To clarify, I wanted the Sirius module like the SXV300v1. We have a 4runner in AZ. It has the Pioneer AVIC system with the Sirius intergraded into the head unit. I like that set up!
