Problem with the Maplight's lens

Anyone here is having problem with their Map-light's lens after replacing the bulbs? My lenses are falling off so easily after I open it up to replace the bulbs. It falls off even when I turn it on/off. I have checked and nothing was broken, at least not that I can see.:mad:
