Default Spring Colors for Nav

The colors on my nav system just changed as I have it set to automatic. Very nice feature.

What do you mean? How did you set it to automatic?

Default Color change

I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but it changes to night mode automatically if you set the dashlights dimmer at a certain brightness.

No that is not what I am referring to.

If you go to Menu, Setup. In the list of options is Color and there is an automatic option or you can predefine it (I think 1-4). If you set it to automatic the map appearance itself (background and foreground) have different color schemes based on the season of the year. There is also a companion color set for night mode to that season.

If you have set it correctly, your background color should be a tint of green as I recall.

I can post exact instructions tomorrow. Car is now sleeping

You know, I thought I recognized the background had changed on the Nav screen. Pretty cool
