My driver side mirror up/down does not work. Left/right works fine. Passenger side all works. Replace mirror actuator but still does not work. All fuses seem ok. Opened the door panel and harnesses look fine. What could be the issue? Need a new mirror assembly?

Will pop the glass again to recheck the connection as a hail mary next weekend.

When you remove the actuator (again), use a voltmeter on the wires. You should see +12v when an assistant pushes the mirror control one way and -12v when they push the mirror control the opposite direction.
I can't help with the color codes - one pair will be up/down and another will be left/right.
This will tell you if the wiring is good or the new actuator is defective.
