2000 Lexus GS300

Where is the exact location of coolant temp sensor on a 2000 GS300. Pictures would be great, help.

There is a coolant temperature switch located at the bottom of the radiator.

there is a coolant temp sensor located left side of head toward front of car.

Part purchased from local auto parts store does not match up with diagram. Does anyone have photos of engine and where exactly the coolant temperature sensor is located on my 2000 GS300?
