Arrow my 02' gs300... cel p0125? help!!

Happy Thanksgiving guys/gals.

Just yesterday night a cel came on, i quickly managed to get to autozone before they closed and recorded a "P0125 Insufficient coolant temperature for close loop fuel control" code. As i searched through all of cl, most these issues come up for the RX330 stating its a A/F sensor or a O2 sensor at fault, can someone confirm this? Has this code come up for anyone on a GS? Todays thanksgiving and half the stores are closed to purchase a sensor but before I throw in a few hundred $'s on sensors, anyone had the same problem before? or know a solution? Im not a pro mechanic, but I do know how to change out sensors if someone can point me in the right direction.

As for the car, it runs perfectly fine! no sluggish feel but a loss in mpg around 15,16 90% city driving. the CEL is killing me! i mdying to fix it asap! Thanks for all the help, again HAppy Holidays.

i did more research and decided to change the A/F sensor, anyone have a diagram or photo of which sensor this is? from the front of the engine looking there are 2 sensors easily visible under the intake piping on 1st manifold closest to the front of the car, the rear one towards the firewall is another single one... under the passenger seat is the 4th? which one is it? I was looking at Sparkplugs.com and cannot find which sensor I need. Also if someone can tell me where the Coolant Temp Sensor is, thats another thing i need to replac.

the RX's, Solara's, Camry's, ES' with the V6 engines may have A/F Ratio Sensors, our GS's don't. We just have plain old oxygen sensors.

A code P0125 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

* Insufficient warm up time
* Low engine coolant
level
* Leaking or stuck open thermostat
* Faulty coolant temperature sensor

Possible Solutions

The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.

If the code comes back, the problem is likely going to be the result of the above causes (faulty thermostat, faulty coolant sensor, or a low coolant level)

Here are some other items that it could be:
Open or short in heated oxygen sensor (bank 1, 2 sensor 1)
circuit
Heated oxygen sensor (bank 1, 2 sensor 1)
Air induction system
Fuel pressure
Injector
Gas leakage on exhaust system
ECM
