Default High pitched whining noise, again

The noise is back. It sounds like a supercharger and feels like it's from the engine bay. Feels that it's louder when it's warmer outside.

The car is 2020 GS F with 16000 miles. Outside temp 68. Sport mode. 50% throttle.

Will take it to the dealer again, but any input would be appreciated.

Can you post a video? It could possibly be a bearing on one of the pulleys driven by the drive belt.

Thank you. I did attach a video file above. I don't know if you could see it.

I can’t hear it in the video. The bearings are on the alternator pulley, drivebelt tensioner pulley and drive belt idler pulley.

All I hear is that whining noise toward the top of the rev range (as it approaches redline). However, yours sounds way more annoying. I wonder if you have something going on with your active sound control? Was ASC on during the video?

The noise is only present when the engine is under load, starts around 3K RPM. It sounds like a supercharger whine.

The noise feels like it's just behind the dashboard in the engine bay. In fact, I can hear it really well when driving next to a wall.

It does sound annoying- like a badly installed supercharger. The noise is there regardless of ASC (it was on during the video).

Well, your secondary intake opens up around 3k+ so you might want to look there and see if there's an issue with induction.

@BKGSF Did you have any luck getting this diagnosed? I was reading through older posts, and am wondering what your outcome was.

The noise comes and goes. It seems like the ECU resets every couple weeks and the noise would be gone for awhile.

I don't push the car as hard during the winter which may also be reason why I don't hear the noise as much.

I'm pretty sure that's just the stock intake noise. The RC F and IS 500 both have a pretty flat tone throughout the rev range, while the GS F has this screaming hum towards the top. I personally prefer it but I can see why some might not.
