IS and GS including the F in general use the same unibody stampings and the like, but there may be differences that don't show up in parts diagrams. I think for the most part you'd be safe pulling parts from the same generation of car.

GS 350 / GSF share the same parts. If this is the part you are asking about circled, then yes it's the same. Part# shown is GSF. You can cross reference it with GS350 if you like
