I made a post yesterday about the dark gray GSF at Towson. A lot of people said just to go with the liquid platinum one since it had less miles, was only $1300 more, and had it didn’t have the engine replaced as well as some other work like the gray one.
I test drove the gray one today and liked it but the interior had some noticeable scratches and it didn’t look like it was kept up as well. Additionally the sound system sounded like something may have been wrong (2 other people I was with agreed even after looking at settings). The silver had an immaculate interior and sound system was great. I ended up getting that one and couldn’t be happier! Thanks for answering my questions!
Thank you, everyone! I was not able to get a discount but they offered 1.9% APR financing which was better than the 2.74% my credit union gave me. They also tossed in some all-weather floor mats I wanted for free. So far I am very happy with it! The older guy who had it before kept it in great condition so it feels brand new.
Congrats! I was watching that car, even cross checked a few sources and all looked good (Autocheck, Carfax, Lexus Drivers). Continuing my search, hopefully i’m as fortunate as you!
I looked at this car in person on FRIDAY NIGHT!! It's a PERFECT Car. You could not have done better. They really low balled my trade in and we could not arrive at a deal, but that worked good for you!!!
Congrats on the GS F, I was keeping an eye on the one you scooped up. When you went to the dealer and test drove, did they disclose that the dark grey one had an engine replaced or did you ask? I haven't driven a GS F, and am thinking of heading up there this weekend to test the other one left on the lot
