Default Sport vs Sport+ vs Customized

So from reading the manual (2017 model)...

Sport S > Assist acceleration response by controlling the transmission and engine
Sport S+ > Earlier downshift timing and faster gear changes. Also changes steering feel, suspension control and VDIM control for powerful sporty driving

So what will Customized result in based on these 2 options?
- Power train control
- Chassis control

If you select Power train to "Power" mode, does it equal to Sport or Sport+? Is this both for transmission and engine?
If you select Chassis control to "Sport" mode, I assume it just change the suspension setting to equal Sport+. What about steering and VDIM?

I've driven the car in Sport+ pretty much since day 1, but wondering how much control exists with the Customized setting and which mode it maps to.

Found this for LC500. So while we do not have the Comfort mode, I wonder if the rest is the same for GSF. If so, Custom puts it into Sport and not Sport+ power mode.
What do you guys think?

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing.

I would agree and spirt + mode truely feels different on the track/road compared to sport.

But I still feel sport mode suspension is still a bit stiffer than normal mode.

Default Confused

Regarding powertrain modes (eco, normal, powerfull) nobody is able to give proper answer. People in Lexus Poland do not know, lexus dealership the same. But guess what I dynod this Saturday my Gs-f and I told the guy that I discovered those engine modes and probably it works like in the m5 e60. So we put in normal to see what is the difference between 2k miles vs. 10k miles ( few months ago nobody knew about powertrain mode function factory set up is normal whatever it means) and power output was the same 440hp but torque increased (don't know How to calculate in Your system but it was instead 503Nm 518Nm) According to European norm given by lexus should be 477hp & 530Nm. In second run we put powertrain for powerfull and the output was 419hp!!! We did 3rd run and the measured power was 430hp ( to me logically because of the temperature it lost a little bit. Can anybody explain why it is like that?!
