Default Opinions on wheel tire combo

I purchased a set of Vossen VWS 3's
20 x 9.5 +32
20 x 11 +37
looking for opinions on tire size.
F275/30/20
R295/30/20
Will these rub? Not running any lift. Tire shop is recommending 255/30/20 on the front

I have VWS1 same size/offset as yours and run 265/30/20 but rubs on dips when lowered and 295/30/20 is perfect so if your not lowered 265/30/20 is fine

255/30/20 would have been great for a GS350 but the GSF needs that 265 or 275 front.

will a +37 offset in the rear poke out past the wheel well?

+37 should be fine and not poke out. Here is my new rear being test fitted for reference. Stock suspension, 20x11 +33, so this sticks out 4mm more than a +37 would. Tire is 295/30/20.

No, haven't lowered yet. RSR's sitting in a box and decided to go in a different direction.
Will probably sell the RSR's cheap if anyone needs a brand new set.
Wheels came in last week but waiting to install until car is lowered. Test fitted it just to see how it will look but looks silly all high up front.

I have the same wheels oh my car, running 255/30/20 on the front and 295/30/20, no issues, stock set up. Those wheels are a head turners, I get complimented daily.

Still snowing here, so mine will still be a month or so away before they go on the car.
