Just seeing how wide spread the issue is. So my oem midpipe cracked clean down the middle.The section where it looks like an h pipe .I have talked to two other GSF owners and same thing happened to them. All 2016 GSFs. If you guys/girls get a chance check out your midpipe for cracks. Thanks

 

Is there a Recall for this? Does this affect only 2016 or all models of GSF.

No recall that I know of. The 3 GSFs I spoke to are 2016. Im posting to gather more info. The metal Lexus used at that spot is really thin. Makes no sense .

 

 

The way I found it was from the very distinct tin heatshield sound.

 

What are your VIN numbers? I wonder if it affected just a certain range of 16s.

A cracked stock mid-pipe is your car saying get me an aftermarket exhaust, please.

 

Good excuse to get an aftermarket exhaust, LOL. I'll check mine when i go change my oil.
