Spare tire for GSF?

Spare tire for GSF?
Anyone know of any options for a spare tire on the GSF? Generally not a problem but I had a side wall blow out on a brutal pothole and it would have come in handy. Lexus Roadside Assistance worked but took forever in middle of the night.
Something I could take out on a track day but keep for daily commute. It’s got a big trunk, plenty big enough to have a spare.
The Lexus person I just asked is asking their parts manager now but said that he doesn’t believe there is an option. Anyone gotten something sized elsewhere that would work?
