not at all aggressive but its turn key, no fender modding. Once camber arms are in they will look more flush
Conservative works for me. Not about rubbing and or fender modding. Slightly more aggressive then stock is what im looking for. Can you price me this set up? More picture as well. Will pm.

Actually it is not that bad in an area I am living (north of Poland, coast of Baltic sea) when it comes to weather. My GSf has seen snow only for a week this year.
It is not obligatory to put winter tyres but a good practice. I put them on from November to March to be on a safe side. Not wise to use winter ones when it gets warm as they are made
from softer compounds and can melt and degradate when sun starts to shine.
To be honest I quite like climate I where I am living. Getting warm during the summer (May-August) even up to 32-35 degC (how much it is in F) but can get cold in a winter around -10degC (max this year).
Generally it is getting warmer here, I remember much colder winters (-20s) with much more snow when I was a kid...and it wasn't that long ago haha
Cost of winter tyres set is around 1500-1800 USD in local currency depending on exchange rate to USD. Don't remember which model I am running now...
