wow thats super close to the fender. 1 bump it might just cause rubbing.

Are you stock height? Doesnt look like it.

Im going to put 305 30 19 on the rcf in 2 month. Local tire shops say as long I stay stock height it shouldn't rub, as 305/30 in a little shorter height wise than 275/35

Looks good, looks like you did a fender shave in the rear i'm still surprised it fit what are running in front.

Front looks like a 265/30/ZR19. Might understeer a bit more with that.

Believe me...Without the following product:


It would have been impossible, due to the aggressive offset and width of the ADVAN GT rim.

I accomplished a fender roll with this tool: (No shaving of the fenders)

OK. 265/30/ZR20. You still increased the front to rear stagger and added camber in the rear. That doubly adds to push, not subtracts. Since the factory does everything in their power to make the car push, this will not be a mechanical performance modification, it will be a visual performance modification. Don't expect faster laps than a stock GSF on a track weekend, you'll be very disappointed.

You'll be shocked to know that the rear camber with this setup isn't far from OEM factory specs

Right, but the factory spec promotes understeer along with 10 other things Lexus does to ensure understeer from the showroom floor. Anything adding to this, even in a small amount only exacerbates what the factory did. I've done enough chassis tuning over the years on a number of platforms, and all I can say is, the results of these modifications will make the car more prone to understeer than what the factory did, and they were very conservative in ensuring understeer because Ralph Nader, a man who has never owned a car at all, screwed all of us who prefer mechanical performance way back in the 60's.

My big question is, do we have enough room to fit a 295 in the front? If we do, that will generate a massive increase in mid-corner speed.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. But in stock guise (255/30/19 (25.1" OD) & 275/35/19 (26.6" OD) the front to rear stagger is 1.5". 265/30/20 has an OD of 26.3" & 305/30/20 has an OD of 27.2". The new front to rear stagger is .9". Doesn't that mean the OP lessened the stagger? Not sure how having the front OD over 1" larger will affect the handling and electronics though.

And with all this talk about the PSS being so much wider than other tires size for size. I just went out to the garage and tried to match the rear tire shot that the OP took. My rears are Bridgestone S-04 295/30/19. So they should be quite a bit narrower than the PSS 305/30/20 of the OPs. No measurement here, but just visually, I'm not seeing a lot of difference.

Lou - not OD, but width. L/R stagger is OD, F/R stagger is width. OEM is 255/275 F/R. 265/305 F/R is +10mm F and +30mm R. So what was 20mm stock is now 40mm. There's no way this is good for mid-corner speed.
