Punch the VIN into Lexus Drivers and look at the maintenance history. If the rotors, brakes, and tires have been replaced then yes, if not, then no.

I wouldn't be too concerned about being an auction vehicle. If you look at the vehicle history on many of the GS-F's, you will see auction history. If it were closer to me I would definitely consider it.

How do we feel about "corporate fleet" vehicle history. From my understanding sometimes leased vehicles are listed as such, though I'm not sure why some say "personal lease" whiles others say "corporate fleet". I love the spec on this car, almost enough to fly out and look at in person. Lexus Drivers info makes it seem like a personal owner leased the vehicle, not a company, though I can not be 100% certain.

Anyone have insider info on this car at Sewell ?

If it says corporate fleet, that most likely means someone leased the car for "business" purposes. For example, my in-law is a physician and leases his cars as a corporate car for his practice. It's his car to take home every night but he leases it through his business to write it off in taxes every year.

Youtubers with those fancy Lamborghinis, mclarens etc mostly lease their cars as corporate cars. They lease Lamborghini's for their "business" and write it off every year.

It is likely that given that it is a GSF that it was not used by a business for business purposes. Such as having like 20 employees use the car.

Just picked 2016 GS-F (Atomic silver /Red interior). 32k, LCERT, 1 owner....all maintenance up to date / tire/breaks/rotor changed....paid $50K. I think I got good deal , thanks to all of you for sharing info and providing detail/great insight which helped me made decision on this vehicle.
i'm convert from turbo world to NA engines.....and excited to explore the old school side of it.

quick ques: is there any easy way to enable video dvd play on nav screen while driving (like bimmer where system can be recoded via usb link)! I know there's module based option but wasn't too keen on going that route.
let me know.

Yes there's an option that the normal GS has, it isn't intuitive but it's somewhere in the options for auto play I think .it's for DVD audio discs on the ML system.

Anyone getting better than $16k off on new '18 10yr anniversary edition ones? Just wondering if I should pull the trigger on this deal.

They are actually ‘19s and that sounds like a great deal to me. I paid just a little more than that for mine.

NOT surprised that the car is still sitting here and its almost 3 years now...

I reached out to them last year around this time about that exact car and they said the best they could do is $82k, what a joke.

I just picked up a leftover new 2017 and paid $66.5K. I would think the 16 should go for a decent bit below that.
