Default Brake pad replacement ?

Hey guys, last week I replaced the pads and rotors and everything went fine except that it took a little longer than expected. I beaded the pads and it ran great and braked wonderfully. The car sat for a week as I didn't have chance to drive it around. Then a few days ago I had to go back in and had to take off the drivers rear pad and rotor as I bent a little shim in there holding the drum brakes and replaced that. Now I'm driving around I hear like the pad is rubbing against the rotor. Am I supposed to rebed the pads again after taking the pad and rotor off just the rear? When I drive around I hear the pad rubbing against the rotor, or if I apply a little pressure on the brakes the noise goes away but as soon as I let off noise comes back. Suggestions?? Thanks

Sounds like the caliper piston didn't retract properly when you put it back. The pad is stuck pressed against the rotor. Take it apart, clean the bracket and pins, and push the piston all the way back in. Make sure the pad can move freely. You shouldn't need to re-bed them.
